This Policy applies exclusively to paid services and premium features. Basic property listing services on ZIIZ.IN are completely free and therefore non-refundable. This Policy does not apply to disputes between Publishers and Enquirers regarding property transactions, which are entirely independent of ZIIZ.IN.

By purchasing premium features or custom plans on our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Premium Features and Featured Listings

ZIIZ.IN offers optional Premium Features and Featured Listing services to enhance property visibility and marketing opportunities. These include featured/highlighted listings, priority search placement, custom promotional packages, and extended listing duration.

Refunds for Premium Features are subject to specific time windows and conditions as outlined in Section 3 of this Policy.

2.2 Custom Promotional Plans

Custom Promotional Plans are tailored packages developed collaboratively based on individual Publisher preferences, requirements, and specific use cases. These plans may involve third-party services, digital media platform integrations, newspaper advertising, or other promotional channels.

Refunds for Custom Promotional Plans are case-dependent and determined at ZIIZ.IN’s sole discretion based on:

  • Whether ZIIZ.IN has already incurred costs with third-party service providers
  • The extent of services already delivered or initiated
  • The specific terms of the custom plan agreement
  • The circumstances of the cancellation request

2.3 Once Listed Property – Non-Refundable

Once a premium listing is published and visible on our Website, it is non-refundable. This applies regardless of the date of purchase or duration of the listing.

3. Refund Timeframes and Terms

3.1 Full Refund (100%)

Eligible for: Premium Features and Featured Listings purchased for digital media platforms and online services

Timeframe: Within 24 hours of payment

Conditions:

  • Refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase
  • Listing must not have been published or made live on the Platform
  • No services must have been delivered or initiated

3.2 Partial Refund (75%)

Eligible for: Premium Features and Featured Listings

Timeframe: Between 24 hours and 72 hours after payment

Conditions:

  • Refund request must be submitted between 24-72 hours of the original purchase
  • The listing may have been published during this period
  • Some promotional services may have been initiated but not fully delivered

3.3 No Other Refund Windows

ZIIZ.IN does not offer refunds beyond the 24-hour (100%) and 72-hour (75%) windows specified above. No refunds are available after 72 hours of payment, regardless of circumstances.

3.4 Digital Media and Newspaper Partnerships

Premium Features involving partnerships with newspapers, digital media platforms, or external promotional services may have different refund eligibility due to the nature of third-party commitments. These refunds are case-dependent and determined by our internal review team.

When purchasing premium features involving third-party services, you will be clearly informed of the specific refund terms applicable to that plan.

4. Custom Plans Refund Policy

4.1 Case-Dependent Refunds

Refunds for Custom Promotional Plans are entirely case-dependent and are determined at ZIIZ.IN’s sole discretion based on the circumstances of each individual request.

4.2 Third-Party Service Costs

If ZIIZ.IN has already incurred costs with third-party service providers, advertisers, or digital media platforms to fulfill your custom plan, refunds will not be provided. This includes:

  • Payments made to newspapers for print advertisements
  • Fees paid to digital media platforms for online promotion
  • Third-party vendor costs for custom services
  • Advertising commitments or reservations

Once third-party commitments have been made or payments processed, they are non-refundable.

4.3 Partial Service Delivery

If services under a custom plan have been partially delivered or initiated, refunds may be denied or reduced depending on the extent of work completed. Our internal team will review refund requests involving partial service delivery on a case-by-case basis.

4.4 No Lock-In Period

While there is no formal lock-in or contract period for Custom Plans, refunds are only available if no services have been initiated or third-party costs have been incurred. Once services begin or costs are committed, cancellation does not entitle the Publisher to a refund.

4.5 Custom Plan Refund Evaluation

For Custom Plans, refund requests will be reviewed by ZIIZ.IN’s internal team and evaluated based on:

  • The specific terms of the individual custom plan agreement
  • Whether third-party commitments have been made
  • The extent of services already delivered
  • The timeline of the cancellation request relative to service commencement

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and features are absolutely non-refundable regardless of circumstances:

  • Listings already published and live on the Platform – Once a premium listing goes live, it cannot be refunded
  • Services already delivered in full – Completed promotional campaigns or services
  • Third-party service costs – Newspaper ads, digital media partnerships, or external vendor commitments
  • Custom Plans with initiated services – Plans that have begun execution
  • Custom Plans involving third-party costs – Plans where ZIIZ.IN has committed funds to partners
  • Subscription services beyond the initial period – Recurring features beyond the first billing cycle
  • Expired or lapsed features – Premium features that have expired or reached their end date
  • Services provided at discount or promotional rates – Discounted premium features cannot be refunded

6. Transactions and Property Disputes

6.1 ZIIZ.IN Not Responsible for Transaction Disputes

ZIIZ.IN is not responsible for handling refund requests related to property transactions, buyer disputes, rental agreements, or any disputes between Publishers and Enquirers.

6.2 Direct Communication Only

Any disputes regarding property details, listing accuracy, transaction terms, payment disputes, or other concerns between Publishers and Enquirers must be resolved directly between the involved parties. ZIIZ.IN assumes no responsibility for such disputes.

6.3 No Refunds for Property-Related Issues

If an Enquirer disputes property details, condition, pricing, or availability listed by a Publisher, ZIIZ.IN will not process refunds to either party. The Publisher and Enquirer must resolve such disputes independently.

7.3 Refund Request Review

All refund requests will be reviewed by ZIIZ.IN’s internal team. The team will:

  • Verify the transaction details and purchase information
  • Confirm eligibility based on the timeframe and conditions outlined in this Policy
  • Check whether services have been delivered or third-party commitments have been made
  • Approve or deny the refund request

7.5 Refund Processing Method

All refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the original bank account used to make the purchase. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your financial institution (typically 3-5 business days).

8. Conditions and Limitations

8.1 Payment Proof Required

A valid transaction ID, receipt, or payment confirmation is required to process any refund request. Requests without proof of payment will be denied.

8.2 One Refund Per Transaction

Only one refund per transaction will be processed. Multiple refund requests for the same transaction will be consolidated into a single review.

8.3 Refunds Are Final

Once a refund has been processed and funds are returned to your bank account, the refund is final and cannot be reversed. The associated premium features or custom plan will be immediately deactivated upon refund approval.

8.4 Reactivation After Refund

Features or services that are deactivated due to a refund cannot be reactivated without a new purchase and additional payment.

8.5 Cancellation vs. Refund

  • Cancellation means deactivating services without refund of payment
  • Refund means returning payment to your original payment method

Once a refund is processed, the associated services are automatically cancelled and deactivated.

9. Limitations and Disclaimers

9.1 Case-Dependent Decisions

For Custom Plans and services involving third-party partners (newspapers, digital media platforms, external vendors), refund eligibility is entirely case-dependent. ZIIZ.IN reserves the right to deny refunds for any reason or grant partial refunds based on individual circumstances.

9.2 No Guarantee of Refund Approval

ZIIZ.IN makes no guarantee that all refund requests will be approved. Requests outside the specified timeframes or involving services already delivered will likely be denied.

9.3 Sole Discretion

The approval or denial of refund requests, particularly for custom plans, is at ZIIZ.IN’s sole and absolute discretion. Our internal team’s decision is final and binding.

9.4 Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Promotional offers, discount codes, or specially negotiated pricing does not increase refund eligibility. All refund timeframes and percentages remain the same regardless of the original purchase price or promotional status.

10. Special Circumstances

10.1 Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond ZIIZ.IN’s reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, etc.), refund processing timelines may be extended. We will notify you of any delays.

10.2 Payment Processing Issues

If a payment is successfully charged but services cannot be delivered due to technical issues or service unavailability, a full refund (100%) will be issued within 24 hours.

10.3 Duplicate Charges

If you are charged twice for the same purchase, please immediately contact [email protected] with proof of duplicate charges. Duplicate charges will be fully refunded within 24 hours.

11. No Refunds for Cancellation of Recurring Services

If you have subscribed to recurring premium features or custom plans that renew automatically:
