ZIIZ.IN began in 2015 with a vision rooted in frustration. Our founders—Neema Sheen, Sheen Paul, Merryl Jacob, and Rachel Manjaly—saw a problem in Kerala’s real estate market: every platform was overpriced, complicated, and buried under advertisements. Users were paying heavy fees just to list properties, only to be bombarded with pop-ups, pop-ins, and endless advertising. It didn’t feel right.
We asked ourselves: Why should listing a property cost so much? Why can’t it be simple, clean, and free?
That question led to the creation of ZIIZ.IN—a property marketplace that would finally put users first.

An MA English Literature teacher with deep experience in the real estate business, Neema brought the vision of ZIIZ.IN to life. Her background in education combines with her real estate expertise to create a platform that’s both user-friendly and professional.
Sheen Paul – General Manager
With 10 years of real estate industry experience, Sheen oversees operations and ensures every user receives excellent support and service.
Rachel Manjaly – Creative Designer
Rachel brings creative vision to ZIIZ.IN, designing the visual experience that makes the platform intuitive and beautiful.
Merryl Jacob – Website Architect
Merryl is the illusionist who wireframes and structures the website, turning concepts into functional reality.
