This Acceptable Use Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use and other policies. In case of conflict, the most restrictive interpretation will apply.

This Policy applies to all activities on ZIIZ.IN, including:

  • Property listings and descriptions
  • Images and multimedia uploads
  • User communications and inquiries

  • Technical access to the Platform

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Permitted Activities

Users may use ZIIZ.IN for legitimate property marketplace purposes, including:

  • Browsing and searching for properties
  • Listing properties for sale or rent
  • Making inquiries about properties
  • Communicating with other users regarding properties
  • Publishing property information and photographs
  • Advertising properties using Premium Features
  • Accessing publicly available property listings
  • Using the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws

3.2 Cross-Platform Publishing

Publishers may use listings published on ZIIZ.IN to advertise on other property platforms and websites. There are no restrictions on Publishers promoting their properties across multiple channels or platforms.

3.3 Business Use

Publishers may conduct commercial real estate activities on ZIIZ.IN, including bulk property listings and business operations. However, all activities must comply with the terms and policies outlined in this document.

4. Prohibited Use

4.1 General Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities on ZIIZ.IN:

a) Illegal Activities:

  • Violating any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation
  • Promoting, facilitating, or engaging in illegal activities
  • Using the Platform to commit fraud, theft, or other crimes
  • Publishing content related to illegal goods or services

b) Illegal Content and Services:

  • Promoting or facilitating illegal services (gambling, illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods)
  • Publishing content related to adult content, escorts, or sexual services
  • Advertising illegal pharmaceuticals or controlled substances
  • Promoting illegal weapons or explosives
  • Any other content promoting or facilitating illegal activities

c) Communication Violations:

  • Contacting Enquirers after 7:00 PM (19:00) in the local timezone
  • Making excessive contact that constitutes harassment or nuisance
  • Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language in communications
  • Spamming Enquirers with unsolicited messages or repeated contact attempts
  • Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other users

d) Fraudulent and Deceptive Activities:

  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent property information
  • Misrepresenting property features, condition, or availability
  • Using fake or misleading images in listings
  • Creating duplicate or fake listings
  • Deceiving other users for personal gain
  • Impersonating other individuals or entities

e) Spam and Abuse:

  • Sending unsolicited commercial messages
  • Posting spam or repetitive content
  • Using the Platform to promote external services or products unrelated to property listing
  • Abusing the Platform’s communication features
  • Sending bulk messages without consent

f) Harassment and Threats:

  • Harassing, threatening, abusing, defaming, or intimidating other users
  • Sending threatening messages or communications
  • Creating a hostile environment for other users
  • Bullying or cyberbullying other users
  • Discriminating against users based on protected characteristics

g) Intellectual Property Violations:

  • Uploading copyrighted images without authorization
  • Using content from other websites without permission
  • Copying property descriptions or listings from competitors
  • Violating trademarks or other intellectual property rights
  • Infringing on the copyrights of ZIIZ.IN or other parties

h) Technical Misuse:

  • Attempting unauthorized access to the Platform or user accounts
  • Hacking, cracking, or attempting to compromise security
  • Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Introducing security vulnerabilities
  • Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform

i) Automated and Scraping Activities:

  • Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform
  • Scraping property data, images, or content from ZIIZ.IN
  • Automated downloading of listings or information
  • Using robots or scripts to bypass Platform features
  • Bulk data extraction without authorization
  • Reverse-engineering the Platform or its features

j) Performance and Resource Abuse:

  • Performing activities that harm Platform performance
  • Making excessive requests that burden our servers
  • Uploading excessively large files
  • Consuming excessive bandwidth or resources
  • Violating our Fair Usage Policy (see Section 5)
  • Any activity that disrupts normal Platform operations

k) Account Security Violations:

  • Sharing account credentials or passwords with others
  • Allowing unauthorized access to your account
  • Using someone else’s account without permission
  • Failing to maintain account security
  • Not protecting your login information

l) Privacy and Data Violations:

  • Collecting or aggregating user personal information without consent
  • Distributing other users’ contact information or personal data
  • Using user data for unauthorized purposes
  • Violating the privacy of other users
  • Breaching data protection laws

m) Misuse of Platform Features:

  • Manipulating search results or listings
  • Artificially inflating property prices or bids
  • Creating fake inquiries or responses
  • Using Platform features for unintended purposes
  • Circumventing access controls or restrictions

n) Sexual or Explicit Content:

  • Publishing sexually explicit or obscene content
  • Posting nude or adult imagery
  • Advertising adult services or escort services
  • Creating sexually suggestive listings
  • Violating decency standards

o) Violence and Threats:

  • Promoting, encouraging, or glorifying violence
  • Making threats or violent statements
  • Publishing content that incites violence
  • Creating content that is gratuitously violent

p) Discrimination and Hate:

  • Publishing discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Creating hateful or prejudiced listings
  • Harassing users based on protected characteristics
  • Promoting discrimination or intolerance

4.2 Contact Hour Restrictions

Publishers must not contact Enquirers after 7:00 PM (19:00) in the local timezone. Enquirers are entitled to privacy and peace during evening hours. Excessive or after-hours contact constitutes harassment and will result in account termination.

If an Enquirer reaches out to you after 7:00 PM, you may respond to acknowledge receipt, but you should not initiate new contact attempts after this time.

5. Fair Usage Policy

5.1 Resource Consumption

All users must comply with our Fair Usage Policy regarding Platform resource consumption. Users must not:

  • Make excessive requests to our servers
  • Upload extremely large files
  • Consume disproportionate bandwidth
  • Perform activities that degrade Platform performance
  • Interfere with other users’ access to the Platform

5.2 Monitoring and Enforcement

ZIIZ.IN monitors resource consumption and may throttle, limit, or suspend access for users who violate our Fair Usage Policy. We reserve the right to enforce reasonable usage limits to ensure fair access for all users.

6. Data Access and Intellectual Property

6.1 Browser-Based Access Only

Users may access Platform data only through standard web browser access. All publicly available property listing information is provided in an open data format accessible through our Website.

6.2 Prohibited Data Access Methods

Users are prohibited from:

  • Accessing the Platform through non-standard methods
  • Using APIs or unofficial interfaces (no APIs are currently available)
  • Bypassing normal browsing to access restricted data
  • Circumventing access controls
  • Any technical method other than standard web browser access

6.3 Intellectual Property Protection

All content on ZIIZ.IN, including but not limited to our logos, designs, website layout, and functionalities, are protected intellectual property. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without explicit written permission.

7. Consequences of Policy Violations

7.1 Immediate Enforcement

ZIIZ.IN enforces this Acceptable Use Policy with zero tolerance and no warnings. Upon violation, immediate action will be taken.

7.2 Account Termination and Permanent Ban

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in:

  • Immediate account termination without notice
  • Permanent deletion of all listings associated with the account
  • Permanent ban from the Platform
  • Permanent prohibition from re-registration or account restoration
  • No appeal process or opportunity to remedy violations

7.3 First Violation Consequences

Upon the first violation of this policy:

  • User account is immediately deactivated
  • All associated listings are deleted
  • User is permanently banned from the Platform
  • User cannot create new accounts using any email address or contact information

7.4 Repeat Violations

There is no such thing as a “repeat violation.” One violation results in permanent termination. Users who violate the policy once are permanently banned and cannot violate it again as they have no access.

7.5 No Warnings or Temporary Suspension

ZIIZ.IN provides no warnings or temporary suspensions. Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination. There is no opportunity to cure or remediate violations.

7.6 Data Handling Upon Termination

When a user’s account is terminated for policy violations:

  • All user data, listings, and content are permanently deleted
  • User information may be retained in compliance with legal obligations
  • User cannot retrieve previously published information
  • No refunds are issued for any paid features

8. Reporting Violations

  • Fraud detection systems
  • Content filtering and scanning
  • Activity analysis and pattern recognition
  • Data validation checks

9.3 Proactive Enforcement

ZIIZ.IN may take proactive action to remove content or suspend accounts if we identify policy violations, even without user reports.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Limited Liability

ZIIZ.IN assumes no liability for:

  • User activities or violations
  • Damages resulting from policy enforcement
  • Account termination or content removal
  • Disputes between users
  • User use of the Platform

10.2 No Appeals or Mediation

Decisions to terminate accounts or remove content are final and binding. ZIIZ.IN does not offer:

  • Appeals processes
  • Mediation or arbitration
  • Opportunity to dispute decisions
  • Restoration of terminated accounts

11. Relationship to Other Policies

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the overall terms and conditions governing ZIIZ.IN. It should be read in conjunction with:

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
